Our Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team at Bfierce Salon and are reserved just for you. We understand that life happens and schedule adjustments may be necessary. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

STRICT 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it affects our ability to serve other clients and impacts our team. To prevent this, we confirm appointments 48 hours in advance as a courtesy. Please note the following cancellation fees:
 

• Less than 24 hours' notice: Charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

• No-shows: Charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

• Appointments made within 24 hours: Must be canceled at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
   

This policy allows us to inform waitlisted clients of availability and keeps our team’s schedules running smoothly, ensuring the best possible service for everyone.
